Restructuring at Aston

The recent appointment of Carla Hashem to the position of Head of Logistics & Partnerships is the first step in a process that will give Aston a more focused logistics management structure with greater strength in depth.

With Carla taking responsibility for the company’s partnership strategy, the new structure sees her supported by three senior leaders: Business Development Director, Import Director, and Perfomance Director.

Helal Khadem Al-Jamea continues to be responsible for engineering and technical integration with the new title of Performance Director. His area of responsibility also extends to all the performance areas within the company, such as Training, Modules Research & Reliability, Planning & Solutions Design, and Maintenance Services.

Soon to be appointed Import Director Nader Kanaan will take responsibility for logistics support and shipping, including Customs, Order Automation and On-Time Management.
